Roto Series KM Progressing Cavity Pumps
KM Range pumps from Roto are widethroat pumps supplied with Bridge breakers to handle heavy liquids with up to 40% solids.
Widethroat pumps with side paddle (bridgebreaker) arrangement are designed for handling extremely difficult media with very high solid content and non-flowing properties.
For handling extremely difficult media, wide throat KM series pumps have additional ‘bridge breaker’ side paddle to sweep the media to the Auger, preventing any bridge formation over the hopper inlet.
Pump construction in Mild Steel & Stainless Steel are standard with rotating parts of Alloysteel, Stainless Steel. In addition pumps can also be supplied in exotic materials like Alloy 20, Hastealloy, Super Duplex Steel etc. Torsion free Moulded to metal stator in Natural, Nitrile, Hi Nitrile, EPDM, Chlorosulfonated rubber, Fluro elastomer are standard. Shaft sealing by Gland packings/Mechanical seals.
